I am another administrator to the same website. We are having a different, but similar sign in issue.

It is related to a simultaneous sign out issue: http://vanillaforums.org/discussion/30321/users-unable-to-sign-out#latest

After signing in, you must refresh every page individually to update that you are logged in. This is only an issue in Chrome.
Chrome version 43.0.2357.130

Reproduction steps:
1. Go to homepage.
2. Sign in.
3. You are brought back to the homepage. Sign in appears successful.
4. Browse to another tab. Sign in appears unsuccessful.
5. Refresh page. Sign in appears successful.
6. Browse to each tab and refresh it to update that you are logged in.

Is this a caching issue? Would this be resolved by a force refresh? If so, how would I implement it. I only understand HTML/CSS. Anything involving more complicated web design, please include step-by-step instructions. Thanks so much for your help.
