I know that Vanilla has sub-community software available as their cloud hosting, but was wondering if it was possible to have it for open-source. I've googled for plugins regarding this but haven't seen any luck, and was wondering if I am missing anything!
I talked with the cloud support team and they also didn't make it sound like the sub-community option was available as a paid plugin, but I would be interested in that too!

No, it is strictly an enterprise-level feature on cloud.
I'd pay for this too as a stand-alone application.
