Files not shown in accepted anwers when using QnA

Using Vanilla 2.1.11, Plugins QnA and FileUpload. When a user posts a comment with a file attached, and another user marks the comment as an accepted answer, the uploaded files are not shown anymore in the comment. They also don't appear in HTML markup, so it is not a CSS issue.

I was crawling through the code, but couldn't find the place to search for the issue.

If anyone can point me to the right direction, I can try to fix it and du a pull request.

    I reported this problem on github and/or on forum over a year ago. Mentioned numerous times. Not sure if they fixed it, but you might try a different version of QnA. perhaps the one on github to see if that solves it. Not sure what version you are using.

    the issue was closed there is no comment on github whether it was fixed or not. It was marked as a bug. then closed.

    I may not provide the completed solution you might desire, but I do try to provide honest suggestions to help you solve your issue.
