Error after editing roles

in Vanilla 2.0 - 2.8

Does anyone else get an error after editing Roles in 2.2? I get it with my updated installation so I installed a fresh version to test and still get the error.

    with a completely new install - fresh database - no plugins enabled/

    are you using the 2.2 downloaded from here:

    http://vanillaforums.org/addon/vanilla-core

    if you still get the error with this zip, no plugins, and default theme, no embedding.

    strict mode or not?

    report your os and version of php.

    I may not provide the completed solution you might desire, but I do try to provide honest suggestions to help you solve your issue.

    Re installead again to be sure using the above link and fresh database and still get the 'Something has gone wrong screen after clicking save on the roles edit screen.

    I do believe strict mode is on.

    Strict mode was the problem. It now works =)
