"Just a little bug report (sorry for not posting to the appropriate forum) - the "You must read the TOS" error on signup only works if you open the link in the same window. If you open the link in a new tab in firefox, the system doesn't register that you have 'read' the TOS." was posted onto the swell blog by a guy called 'Rich'. I'm not sure if that's anyone on the community (I assume not) but i figure it needs looking at - not a major issue though.
