Why my Admin User & other Users can't login to my Vanilla

I updated Vanilla from 1.0.3 to 1.1.1, now i fount an issue, my Admin User can't login, and other users can't login too! pls help.

yes, but still can't login [Not signed in (Sign In)]

Using Firefox or IE, the issue was same
