Can Vanilla support a specific language for a specific user?

Title says it all! I realized that when I changed the language it changed the whole forum language. I created a guest account and even though I had uploaded another language, there was no place where I could change it. Maybe I skipped something? I don't see why it wouldn't support multi language. Thanks for your help, I appreciate it!
