part 1:

what we need is an addon that shows a message on the main discussions page, when we have received a message on our wall. It should also include the message on it, like the UserGift addons does.

part 2:

Members should also receive an email when someone has posted on their wall

please don't tell me that is messed up writing. That has got to make sense. (i tried anyway)
i would say this addon is needed pretty badly
