Random Generating, Help

Not having that big of experience with php can anyone point me in the right direction to achieve this: Once a specific trigger is done, say entering TestOne in a post it picks a random object from the array and puts it into the post. But instead of changing upon refresh, it is actually entered into the post as such, thus replacing TestOne with say Successful. So upon any number of refresh it won't change from Successful to the other option of Failed.
