Subcategories - getting a blank page
Please help me - I'm having trouble getting the subcategories extension to work.
I don't really understand the readme. It says to add below [this code in categories.php] this [extra code]. But when I do that, so I end up with [this code][extra code], my categories page ends up completely blank. What am I doing wrong? I'm uploading the categories.php file to my /theme/ directory. Is this wrong?
Please could someone post their version of the correct code after [extra code] has been added, and tell me where I should be uploading it to? I'm sure I'm just missing something very obvious ...
