Combination of Discussion categories and Discussions list on front page?

As can be seen here: http://www.boagworld.com/forum/ There is a list of all categories on the home page, with the most recent discussions appearing underneath them. Is this an extension or is something fancier going on? Thanks!

    Unless they gave Mark something, they should have the Lussumo signature. Some people are selfish though :(
