Double Content with Friendly Urls (root/discussions)

At first, sorry for my bad english. Since I am using the Add-on Friendly-Urls I noticed that the Discussions-Page is shown on the root page and also in the root/discussions page. So there are two pages showing the same/double content. Mayby ./discussions has to be changed to ./ in the .htaccess, but I have no idea how to make this. Or are there another way to avoid this double content with the friendly urls? Thank you for the help.
