New applicants not showing up in Settings panel

I've got a problem with accepting new applicants - they're not showing up in the Settings panel so the Administrator can't approve anyone as a member (though he has the right to do it). Administrator gets emails of new applicants, but under Settings there are no new applicants to approve. The new applicants are in the database User table with a RoleID 5, which is set to be the applicant's role. Discussions initiated by the Administrator show up normally, and everything goes in the database as is supposed to, so the db connection works fine.. Any ideas :)?

  • Just starting with Vanilla and having the same problem - getting e-mails but nothing appears in Membership Applicants... :-/
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It seems to work here. Can you please check first that there is any applicant to accept: - go to the search page and do a search for applicant (use advanced options or serach for "roles:Applicant;")
  • Dinoboff, thanks for your reply,

For some reason the Applicant role wasn't showing in the Registration Settings yesterday, and now it is!
So all seems to work now :-)
