FCKeditor the path and how to install

Can someone tell me the path for insalling the fckeditor files as there seeem to be two filders
one is the FCKeditor and the other is the downloaded from http://www.fckeditor.net/download/
where do i have to place these two files
i have tried before abut cannot get more than text and html as format comments
and i do not have any other editor other than Html editor

    .py files and asp files .lasso files are not being alowed by my provider probably that is why FcKeditor does not work what a shame
    are there any other editors that can do the same or close to the same job

    many extentions are not being allowed on my host
    probably that is why fckeditor does not work

    Have you tried my unofficial FCKeditor 2.6.0 all-in-one-install? If not, try that and see if it works for you - may not, but it won't take too long to try ;)
