    There are an abundance of ideas available in the market and not enough skilled programmers to develop them. What I'm saying is, that to be successful in today's environment, you need more than just an idea and some cash.

    Good point! It`s true you need more than a good idea and some cash. You will need excellent, disciplined coders whose egos don`t go overboard with a job offer from Google and .... people with software-, business-, and life-experience, and preferably some charisma who are able to create a well balanced team which is founded on knowledge, trust, and fun.
