Remove a discussion post completely

I've deleted a post on my forum and now it still shows up in the discussion list, but only contains a 0...is there a way to remove discussions? An extension? or anything? I've searched and searched this forum for any clue, but can't find anything relevant...

    You have to use the delete link in the left menu, not the one to the right. What you've done is deleted the first post, not the discussion.
