1.16 Broke swedish Vanilla
Hello all!
I recently updated my Vanilla version to the newest one. Everything looked like it had gone alright, but when I checked the discussions, they had blank names (those discussions containing åäö only.) The posts show weird questionmarks instead of the åäö, and that's really annoying.
In the database, it looks all fine, except for new comments (special characters get formatted in a weird way.)
What could the problem be?
