Rich Text Editor and Text Question

I was trying to find a rich text editor but I couldn't. I remember seeing one on the CandyAddict forum, and they use Vanilla. Also, when I put HTML in my posts(on my Vanilla forum) it doesn't show up, how can I make it so it does? ~Vinny
