Thumbnail Issue
Seems this is a pretty common issue (maybe once resolved we can complile this information and update the documentation for other users). Am I right in assuming that thumbnails should be created automatically? Do I need to tell filebrowser to do anything before hand (ie do I have to specify a location for the thumbnails to exist?
I've read through the documentation but I'm not sure if I've missed something fundamental here.
Currently thumbnails are not being created, and a typical example can be found here:

The folders and the files are coming up correctly, but no thumbnail is being shown.
Also as a quick aside, is there anyway of having filebrowser come up with more friendly urls? Thanks for anyone's help.
