Auto Link not working

I just updated the Auto Link extension. None of my images are showing up as images, just links. Before I would just copy and pate the image URL and it would show up as an image. now it doesn't.

    Hi there. Embedding images is still working - I promise!

    Is AutoLinks definitely enabled? Is it making a hyperlink out of the image's URL instead of embedding it, or is it doing absolutely nothing?
