To Vinilla 2 where to establish the minimum quantity of symbols in the comment?

in your dashboard.

And minimum it turns out can be and 1 sign or 1 smilie how to make that users couldn't write less than 100 signs for example???

А минимальное получается может быть и 1 знак или 1 смайлик, как сделать чтобы пользователи не могли написать менее 100 знаков например???

As we see users can quietly leave senseless comments with 1 sign.
Как видим пользователи могут спокойно оставлять бессмысленные комментарии с 1 знаком.
If you notice, type nothing and hit post comment. Validation, kicks in. So you could add this as a jquery character count min to vanilla buttonbar i would assume.
