I'd like to include some PHP in this file that checks whether or not a user is logged in yet and change our header text/links accordingly. We are doing heavy integration (theming/handshaking) with our application and need this sort of behavior. If I include any PHP in this file, I'm getting a Fatal Error- perhaps there is a cleaner way of doing this? Or at the very least, the ability to check whether the user is logged in? Thanks!
