RSS Feeds Broken in RC2 - Am I the only one seeing this?

RSS Feeds in RC2 is broken. In the head of the file RSS is listed as a media going to:

/discussions/feed.rss

If you go to that address, you will simply get the same page as before, but this time the RSS media will located at:

/discussions/feed_rss/feed.rss

If you go there RSS will be located at :

/discussions/feed_rss/feed_rss/feed.rss

And the pattern continues.

I have to thing this was something tested? Am I the only one seeing this?
