Maybe the problem is caused from ProxyConnect Plugin?

Before you reinstall, perhaps try to upload just the 'clean' config.php file from the Vanilla install?

    Absurd!

I have deleted all GDN_ tables in db, I have deleted the entire forum folder (with vanilla inside) & I have reinstalled vanilla in a new folder!

    Same problem! doohh...

In the root i have other two installations using the same db:

    root/

You can access using this access data:

    U: user

    P: test
