Messages - Talk to your Community
Messages can appear anywhere in your application, and can be used to inform your users of news and events. Messages can be added to your forum by clicking on the Add Message button when on the Message page.
Message Options
You can determine on which page a Message appears; Every Page, All Forum Pages, All Dashboard Pages, Profile Page, Discussion Page, Comments Page, and Dashboard Home.
You can also determine where on the page the Message appears; Above Main Content, Below Sidebar.
There are 3 kinds of Messages available in Vanilla; Information, Warning, and Panel Box.
