Panel Order
Allows admins to change the order of items in the forum panel in the same way they can re-order categories and roles.

THIS WILL RECREATE ALL EXTENSION FILES. Although I trust that the extension works, i STRONGLY RECOMMEND you take a BACKUP of your extension folder anyway.
