STOP CAPS ABUSE
This add-on checks the comments box for ALL CAPS abuse when a comment is submitted. If caps abuse is detected, a confirmation box is shown to the user. At this point the user can choose whether to fix the comment manually, or let the script convert it to sentence case and submit it automatically.
