The options are still there in the profile options. The links for the photo are: Change My Picture Edit My Thumbnail Remove My Picture They are at the top of the menu.

Uh, there is documentation for both and both are available for download. Although Vanilla 1 documentation should probably at least be linked to at the top of the documentation tab here.

Sure there is. Back everything up and transfer it to your new host, including your database. I would bet that your new host would have information regarding how to transfer your data to their host without (or very minimal) downtime.

If need be, you can just delete the user from the database for the time being.

I'm not positive, as I don't have it installed at the moment, but I'd bet that there is some CSS that controls the look of it. May want to check the stylesheet out.
