There's no security in a robots.txt file, in fact the opposite is usually true. A malicious bot or crawler would ignore the file anyway. It does seem like vanilla should have one though, for the reasons mclovin has stated.

Come to think of it, I think maybe 2.0.4. and 2.0.6. are the same thing. If the recommended versions is 2.0.4. I'm thinking that's what you're referring to as 2.0.6. (there was some sort of naming issue). Someone please correct me if I am wrong.
Great plugin, the meta descriptions appear to be working like a charm. I was getting some pretty ugly descriptions in Google so this is really great. I don't use tags (though I might now) so I'm not sure about the keywords. Thanks for the plugin!
Hmm, could be true. What about sitemaps? Meta descriptions? Keywords for the lamer search engines? Maximum url lengths? Stop words? Social bookmarking buttons? No indexing of pages with little value? etc etc..

I am on 2.0.6 and have a similar problem. I've installed and enabled this plugin and I have started a new discussion but no sitemap is created nor is there a cache/sitemaps/ folder.
