OK so if I got this right: 1. Install Vanilla 1.x 2. Run the punbb-to-vanilla migration tool 3. Run the Vanilla 1 to Vanilla 2 Upgrade 4. Do some tweaks that tsabat posted in that other thread

the include_once doesn't fix the avatar showing up lower than the username with the VaneaBlack theme. any ideas?

iambigred.. i'm using another forum and your audioscrobbler extension seems to be having issues with spacing (no matter what style I use). the delicious bookmarks extension is enabled on this forum, as well as yours. where it says "big gap"

you don't need to reinstall the db. just re-upload the files.

I'd use the firefox web developer toolbar... yup.. CTRL+SHIFT+F to see the element information (mouse over the area), then CTRL+SHIFT+E to edit the CSS live..

alex.. why didn't you just add on to your original discussion (that I bookmarked).. keep things together in one spot? you can always update the thread title ("updated to 1.2") or whatever in the previous discussion.

thinking about converting my punbb install to phpbb, then phpbb to Vanilla.. any other problems that anyone has run into?

I never know what people like in this scrypt :/ been using punbb for a couple of years. i like it, but i'm itching to convert to Vanilla.
