Trouble is all previous uploads show up as thumbnails... so it doesn't really solve that issue.

How long till we see this plugin? Is the code available on GitHub for anyone adventurous enough to intergrate into their own forum?

Can't seem to figure out how to get the page numbers to show up at the top of the discussion - where do you paste the Pager function into? Edit, worked it out - just copy to where ever you want it in the discussion/index.php file.

Yeah I'd really like that too, that way members can move around where the images are placed inline in a discussion. I've been getting away with having images auto appear inline, but a nice way to move image placement code around would be pretty swee…

Awesome stuff :). Yes the uploads in the first post of discussions didn't carry across for me - but I only had a couple of threads where that was an issue that could be done manually.

Moved all of this to first post! It is all working, but it needs some one to repackage it into a friendlier php script. Maybe @Tim can help us get this into a php script ;)

The sql command has been updated to properly place the attachments in their relevant comment. Still figuring a way out with renaming files.

Running Vanilla 2.0.6, can upload fine but it doesn't seem to have the ability to insert the attachments into the post? They just appear as download links : /

Can some one help me mod this so that instead of having a panel link, there is a link on right hand side to "Discussion Overview" text? Image below with what I want to do :)
