Here is a custom flash scroller you can customize and change what it says also the color of the dots. The text file contains the embed code and instructions. Just replace the url for the flash file and edit the words and size.
The Uploads directory contains custom/dynamic data that should be backed up as well, otherwise a restored forum will look a little funky with all of the user uploads and pics missing..
