problem with css

I am using an unmodified vanilla-2 distribution. When I was turning on plugins, on a page reload, all the styles for my forum vanished and I was left with a plain text layout. I just installed vanilla-2 and within 3 minutes this happened. What should I do now?

    @Gibbie, disable the Minify plugin. There are a few bugs in that right now.
