Wordpress embedded forum (recent discussions widget to point to the embedded forum, not original)

The current wordpress integration embedded forum works perfectly, however, the widget of the recent discussions points to the original forum, not the embedded forum. Anyone know how I can get the "recent discussions" widget to point to the embedded page on the wordpress blog so when you click on one of the recent discussions it takes you to the page on the wordpress blog with the embedded forum, not the original address?

You have to set the Remote URL to Forum

It forces the forum to redirect to the embeded view
