I get the error "Permission Problem" when a users tries to accept an answer

I get this error

"Permission Problem

You don't have permission to do that."

I don't see anywhere I can grant members the permission to accept answers.

    You'll get a permission error if your transient key isn't authenticating. This sometimes happens if you have multiple browser windows open. If this is the problem then you won't be able to bookmark discussions either.

    The only other constraint on accepting an answer is that you must either a) be the person that asked the question or b) be a moderator.
