Can't enable OpenID plugin despite having allow_url_fopen = on
Good evening
When i try to enable the OpenID plugin I get the following message:
This plugin requires the allow_url_fopen php.ini setting.
I have verified in my php.ini file and allow_url_fopen is = on.
What else do i need to do to enable it?
