Added automatic hiding of Comments with a low score

I forked this plugin and added a feature that my client was requesting, i.e. automatically hiding a Comment when its score reaches a specified (low) score. New features added:

• Automatically hide low score comments, using CSS.
• Possibility for the User to show/hide such comments.
• Configuration setting to enable this feature.

I already submitted a Pull request for this and other changes, meanwhile the Voting Plugin can be found in my forked Git repository. All feedback is welcome.
