Awarding role privileges at karma point milestones

This might need a separate plugin to be created but is it possible to upgrade users automatically to roles with more privileges once they hit certain karma point milestones. This is different from the PurchasePremiumRoles plugin as it doesn't deduct karma to upgrade roles this is rewarding of roles with privileges for reaching set karma milestones.
