I'm very pleased with this plugin. The one gotcha for me was that the plain-text messages weren't formatted in to HTML when sent. I added calls to PHP's nl2br() to the $message variables where necessary to accomplish this. I can elaborate if needed, just don't have the code in front of me at the moment.
