New installation of 2.1.8 running on Azure & clearDB is horrible slow
Just installed 2.1.8 on Azure with clearDB(mysql cloud hosting) and it's horribly slow:

What can I do to improve performance?
When I hosted a previous version on my own server it was quite fast.
