Only Homepage appears after 2.1.8 update from 2.1.3
I followed the update process and ran the /utility/update which said update was a success Now only the homepage appears fine but Homepage/discussions and any other page is not appearing. I had taken backup of .htaccess and config.php which I restored but that does not solve it Please help.

you got some strange issue here as most of the time when I update an installation (2.1.3 -> 2.18) it went through just fine.
Looks like you have not gone through a complete update or how about trying to delete the cache files?
