Refresh view after submit

Currently my plugin has a table inside the dashboard with multiple lines of different information. (Similar to the dashboard/user)
Each line has an edit button, by clicking this button a popup opens and I can change the data. This works fine!

My problem now is, everytime I changed the data, I need to refresh the page manually to see the changes. Can someone explain me how to handle this problem? I also read the documentation where the delivery types are explained but its not clear for me how to work this out.
