New Vanilla user: how do I custom the footer menus?

I can see there are menus in the footer. Some of them we may use, but some we may not I don't see any "menus" options in the admin dashboard that shows each of the links.
Is it in the HTML somewhere? how do I do it?
Also how do I add/edit the social media icons on the baseline?

It depends on your theme. Some themes use theme options to set this. Most use a custom default.master template that includes the links directly in source form.

/themes/TheThemeYouUse/viewsfolder for a default master template file.Search first
