Advertising plugin idea.

Hello, for a long time I been having this idea for an Advertising plugin for VanillaForums, the main goal of the plugin is to allow anyone to buy Advertising slots on your website automatically.

How would it work:
You have a custom URL like Domain.com/Advertising that would allow people to see a nice page like this.
http://www.mc-market.org/advertising/

People then would be able to buy AD slots for an X amount of views for an X amount of money for every time a visitor visit the website he/she will see a random AD.

Some of the ideas:
Image size limit.
Approval system.
Users will have to upload a sidebar and mobile version of the AD.
The plugin could somehow link with the Pockets plugin.
The publisher could have a control panel that would allow them to add more views for an AD etc.

    People then would be able to buy AD slots for an X amount of views for an X amount of money for every time a visitor visit the website he/she will see a random AD that would save a cookie to make sure ADS are only repeated after they have seen all of the other advertisement available in a random list.

    Some of the ideas:
    Image size limit.
    Approval system.
    Users will have to upload a sidebar and mobile version of the AD.
    The plugin could somehow link with the Pockets plugin.
    Auto image compression.
    ADS that are not approved will automatically be removed from the web server plus expired ADS.
    The publisher could have a control panel that would allow them to add more views for an ADS etc.
