Single Sign On works with some users and others not

I have my forum and I add Single Sign On functionality for users where I work, the problem is that for me and other three work partners... single sign on works, BUT for other different work partners, Single sign on doesn't works.
Talking about single sign on, ¿What can I consider to make it work on the computers of my partners?
¿Extensions? ¿Additional programs? ¿Why it works with some people (including me) and others not?
One thing is sure, I bet all I have that my code is 100% right.
