Posting URLs

How can I make posted URLs in comments work as links, for example; there is a test discussion here:-

http://www.avantime-owners.com/forum/comments.php?DiscussionID=397&page=1#Item_0

But the URL in that discussion doesn't link to the target or even change colour and I dont know why.

Vanilla1 doesn't do this for you by default, you can use the following addon though: http://vanillaforums.org/addon/437/AutoLinks

Thanks Mike, all installed and working. I can't believe that's not in the core but then that's the beauty of Vanilla, it's flexibility.
