What happend to Category Block?

In Vanilla 1 there were tables called CategoryBlock and CategoryRoleBlock that allowed me to block users by ID or Role to specific categories. How do I do this in Vanilla 2?

    You can use the Users & Roles section of the Dashboard to control permissions per category.
