This is a great plugin. I've been waiting for this functionality for a while and hope it gets added to Vanilla as default.
The plugin works great. If anyone tries it and has trouble, make sure to set the email address(es) you'd like the plugin to mail to. Instead of being in a Settings tab like in most plugins, this plugin creates its own subsection in the Users menu of the dashboard. You can reach that section by going to http://[your forum root]/settings/approvalemailsettings

Did you try installing the latest release of Vanilla? You're running an older version.

My Vanilla Dashboard report 2.0.17.10 version and the post you signed not explain a valid solution, thanks
It's likely that updating to the latest version will fix your issue. The latest release is 2.0.18.2 and is available at http://vanillaforums.org/download.
