Sorry for repeating my request for help, but I should have given a bit more detail before?
Using Vanilla v2.0.18.2, on PHP 5.3. What's strange is we have version 2.0.17.0 installed on the same server, but don't have these issues. Our host updated PHP in January (from 5.2 to 5.3) but this hasn't caused issues for our previous Vanilla install (2.0.17.0).
So two things have changed since having an 'issue free' Vanilla install: Vanilla has been updated, and so has PHP?
We're experiencing the same issue with v2.0.18.1, but usually with around 20 duplicate activity posts.
update to the current version of vanilla and see if you have the same problems.
