Can I just pay for the Badges and Reactions plugin? Hosting a chinese web site here is not a good choice. But I need the powerful plugin.

@todd will need to give a final word, but its likely to be no. Ive been asking for it to be made available for purchase for some time.

Please upgrade here. These earlier versions are no longer being updated and have security issues.
